- Electricity will be billed monthly at $.18 per KWH used.
- Primary resident must be at least 55 years of age.
- One RV and one vehicle allowed per site. There will be an additional charge of $2 per day, $10 per week, or $15 per month for each extra vehicle.
- Only two people allowed per site. There will be an additional charge of $2 per day, $10 per week, or $30 per month for each extra person.
- No tent camping. RV over 15 years old must be inspected and approved by management.
- Check-out time is 11 A.M.. An additional daily fee will be charged if the site is not vacated by this time.
Reservations will be accepted for one or more months only. A $100 deposit is required for one month or longer. A maximum refund of $50.00 is available with a written notice received by us 30 days or more prior to reservation date. NO REFUNDS will be made once you have checked into the park. NO REFUNDS will be made should you decide to leave early. NO REFUNDS after December 1st. If you need to change a reservation date, we require a minimum 2 week notice.
Arizona Sands is not just your ordinary RV park. We are large enough (204 sites) to provide all of the necessary amenities, yet small enough to keep that close, friendly atmosphere. We are a senior park located in a rural setting and still close to shopping, dining, casinos and the Mexican border.
